GTP:Chain Traceability
From TraceFood
Guide to implementation of chain traceability
This part will describe issues, processes, and steps to start implementation of chain traceability. A prerequisite for chain traceability is the ability to connect incoming and outgoing goods in a way to show the relationships between business partners. This requires that the business partners are known and able to cooperate to successfully create traceability graphs. By starting with a one-up and one-down relationship in every business, it is possible to create complete traceability graphs across the food chains.
