Initiating cooperation

The start up meeting may be arranged as a plenary meeting or as a closed meeting per partner.


The start up meeting has to point out the following important topics:

  • Statement of each partners interest and commitment to chain traceability
  • The status of internal traceability for each partner
  • What information is supposed to be exchanged, and for what products?
  • How should the information be exchanged, in particular whether electronic interchange of information is relevant?
