This page will contain references and content related to traceability projects that have addressed specific food chains and/or issues related to specific food chains. The list will probably in no way be complete, so it is free for interested parties to put in new references to traceability projects where appropriate. The projects do not have to address electronic traceability solutions, but should contain relevant information related to traceability in general, and for a food chain or food type in particular.
